I got a dinner for 4 and 2 two liter pops. Food was not amazing but not too bad either. Middle of the road predictable Chinese food with nice portions. Delivery was very fast and they gave us plenty of extras like sauces and fortune cookies which I appreciated. where some places give you nothing at all "ahem, golden chopsticks". The only thing I had a problem with really was the pop. Why would you charge me 8$ for two pops and bring me warm pop ? Il eat here again but next time il be skipping the warm drinks.

Terrible food, disgusting, and was old from the last buffet.

food was alright until I found an ant running around in my chicken chow mein, would not make an effort to get food from here again.

One of my favourite buffets you will be the only folks in there it’s like having your own personal chef with trays of hot foods to devour

Always delicious, friendly staff and a clean environment... haven't tried the buffet yet. My favorite Chinese on the Westside!

Just got the buffet - the dry ribs were stale, they serve french fries and pork sausages at this buffet?? Not a good buffet. Got take out and received no soya sauce, napkin or bag to carry my hot tray in. Ohh ya if you want the wonton soup you have to buy it extra - thought this was buffet???

Food was run of the mill typical low end indicative of resteraunts ran by those who could care less about their reputation.In a time where business is slow due to the nature of the economy and low oil prices, one would assume that those still paying for takeout would be valued. I'm not stating extras should be included in the orders, but to deliver beef broccoli with 9 small pieces of beef maybe weighing a half ounce, I find it remarkable on the pure ignorance and greed in allowing this insulting dish to be served / delivered.I would strongly suggest to those who enjoy being served crap at a high price to eat here. Those who give this place good ratings must be friends and family. I am embarrassed for the owners. Never again. I would suspect this business will react equally to the efforts to which are put in for customer satisfaction.I did not call to complain due to my fortune cookie which read "don't complain about the crap we sent you".

Was gross the pork bites have no flavor look over deep fried and taste like they were microwaved. The chicken chow main gross also..... We usually like their food pork bites haven't been good for a while we thought one last try and now never will go back!

Enjoyed the food and plenty of it.

Unfortunately 1star is the lowest I can give; mind you if you like cold crusty food served in a filthy environment, this could be the place for you. From the backs of the booths to the grimey bathroom, every step on the dirty floor carries you into a new level of filth.

Food is good, place is clean, service is good and pleasant. I had the whole place to myself till 5:30pm

!!!!!!!!!!NEVER GO TO PRINCESS HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!I'm not sure how this place is still in business. I was walking by and saw they had a buffet that started at 4:30 I was there at 4:35 the chop suey was oily to a point it was not edible and all the fried dishes were overcooked, all batter and the seafood was not properly cleaned. 99.9% of the buffet was cold and well past its prime mind you I was there 5 minutes after it started.On a final note the place was filthy it felt like you were eating (what you could eat) in an outhouse. Will never recommend to anyone not even my worst enemy!

We decided to try it 1 more time ! Not much of a selection and chicken balls were chewy ! Even the wonton soup was bland ! I wont give another penny to them again

Just ordered delivery and WOW is it ever amazing, the best I've seen in years. Talk about talented chefs! We'll be ordering again in the future. Best regards!

Best buffet i think

I don't dine in as the restaurant is quite dated and the one buffet I did go to wasn't very fresh or tasty. But everything I've ordered for takeout has been quite good. It's definitely better than some other Chinese food places I've tried in Westbank.

The worst wor wonton ever !!!! There should be fresh shrimp and lots of vegetables... I will never go back and never suggest it to anyone !!!

Terrible customer service, everytime you call to order things have changed and they do not do what they did the time before and make you feel like you did something wrong. Save yourself the headache and order somewhere else

Best wor wonton in town! Could use a few more veggies, but that broth! Tons of huge wontons, chicken, shrimp and their delicious bbq pork! Always good

Me and my mother ordered the food and picked it up right before closing and boy the money was worth it. The food is excellent, I don't know what kind of above the line standards a lot of people have but this is Kelowna, not Vancouver, you aren't going to get 90 restaraunts to choose from and if I had to recommend one to order out from it is this one. From what people have said the Smorg isn't as good, to which I cannot comment on as me and my mother have always ordered the food and picked it up. Their chicken balls are awesome and their ginger beef is really tasty. The woman on the phone was friendly from what my mother told me and this place has a long positive history here in Kelowna. I rate it 4/5 because the springrolls weren't anything to call home about and the carrots were like paper and nearly flavourless. Other than that though a awesome order-based Chinese food restaurant that I'll recommend to my friends.

Dine-in experience was gross. Food under heat lights was past its prime. Ambience undermines my confidence in food safety. Sad as I would like to promote West Kelowna businesses.

Excellent Cantonese and Sechuan cuisine at very reasonable prices. The quantity of food was tremendous and the service was very pleasant and timely. We shall definitely be going back for a "return culinary engagement. This is a " must vist" restaurant.

An okay smorg. Personally order off the menu in fears of the regular smorg fears and stomach related issues.

Worst experience with Chinese food I have ever had. I ordered for delivery to a business 2 blocks from their location and the person taking the order could not spell the word "road". An hour later I received a call from the delivery driver saying he could not find our location. I gave him the business name and he finally realized where we were. Once we received our food it was cold and the worst part was that the prawns were not de-veined so they were inedible. If they did not clean the prawns what else did they not clean?? I would never order from here again! Worst Chinese food I have ever ordered!

Get to the buffet early food is good but hard to find a plate that isn't warm and seemed impossible to get a hot pot of tea which wasn't taken off my bill but came off the tip! 😕

I asked for the sweet and sour for the chicken balls to be please put on the side because of an allergy and they told me that they had to charge me over 3 dollars because they said it would be in a huge container and I know that it isnt .So they said they were just going to put it ontop when I specifically said there was an allergy

If you are looking for fancy pants go elsewhere but if you want regular Chinese food chicken balls ginger beef etc this place is great the prices are cheap to !

Friendly service,Customer oriented. I have found the food to be fresh, tasty and prepared in a timely manner. I am a return customer. Plus, they will let you use your containers for pick up, and i am zero waste oriented, this is environmentally responsible. Five stars

We went for the buffet on a Saturday night figuring it would be hot and fresh. My wife looked and was reluctant to stay but I said let's try it. None of the items where hot most barely warm. The battered items where nearly all batter. My wife complained to the server and was brushed off. We tried to finished the little on our plates and went to the bar to pay, again we complained about everything being cold. The server apologized then proceeded to ring up our $38.00 bill with no further comment. Absolutely the worst experience we have had. I should no better and listened to my wife.

While I have not dined in or tried their buffet, we ordered their Dinner For 6 for take out & delivery. We live in Kelowna, the food arrived hot, and was the best we have had in ages. If you like Egg Foo Young, it is to die for. We will be ordering from there again
